Dear HPHS students,
Our school is looking to recognize our students who strive to improve their reading ability by actually READING! Any student who reads an entire book independently or for a class is to record the title, author and page range through filling out a google form.

In the ip address window to go to the google form entitled Independent Reading Record at the High School for Health Professions and Human Services. Complete the form up to the number of books you have read since the beginning of THIS September, NOT BEFORE. You will complete this form once a month to update the number of books you have read.
Student who read between 15 and 20 books by mid-June will receive a certificate for excellent reading habits from the Principal.
Students reading between 20 and 29 books will receive a specially designed t-shirt for HPHS Scholars.
Students reading 30 or more books will receive a specially designed sweat shirt for HPHS Bards.
There are so many reasons to develop your reading ability. One of the most important is that good readers can serve as their own teachers. Become life-long readers Health Professions so you stay life-long learners! READ!
